Our Process

Consultation
STEP 1: Once your form has been submitted, someone from our team will reach out via email to gather additional information and schedule either a phone call and/or an in person consultation.

Mood Board & Proposal
STEP 2: After your consultation, our team will draw up a formal proposal outlining all of the areas of design discussed along with a mood board and mock ups.

Deposit & Installation Date
STEP 3: Following the client's approval of the proposal, we require a 50% deposit for installations and 25% deposit for rentals. Once a deposit is made, your installation date will be confirmed.

Installation
Step 4: For installations, we typically schedule 2-3 weeks out from the date a deposit has been made. All of our installations are custom designed on site.
